Tokyo, July 1 (Jiji Press)–Japan’s benchmark Nikkei 225 stock average temporarily gained more than 1,900 points in early trading Wednesday. Semiconductor-related stocks attracted purchases after U.S. high-tech shares rose on Tuesday.
