(Adnkronos) – To cross the Strait of Hormuz, coordination with the Revolutionary Guards, the Iranian Pasdaran, will be required; their approval will be needed. This was stated by a high-ranking Iranian official on Iranian TV, as reported by satellite TV al-Jazeera. All this after Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, wrote in a post on X that “in line with the ceasefire in Lebanon,” the “passage through the Strait of Hormuz is completely open for commercial ships for the remaining period of the ceasefire, along the coordinated route that has already been announced by the Maritime and Ports Organization” of Iran.
Iran, Hormuz ‘open for commercial ships’, needs Pasdaran’s approval
