Australia, report of possible violent act, police intercept two cars in Sydney

(Adnkronos) – Australian police announced they had stopped two cars in Sydney following a report that “a violent act might have been planned.” “At this time, police have not identified any connection to the ongoing investigation into the Bondi terrorist attack,” the New South Wales State Police said in a statement.
