(Adnkronos) – An explosion occurred near the Kadena base, a US air base in Okinawa Prefecture, Japan. The Kyodo agency reports, specifying that four Japanese soldiers were slightly injured. A source from the Tokyo Defense Ministry spoke of a blast that allegedly occurred in a depot used by the Japanese Self-Defense Forces for old unexploded ordnance.
