Qu presents Jordan’s King Abdullah with top FAO award

(Adnkronos) – United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation chief Qu Dongyu on Wednesday awarded Jordan’s King Abdullah II a prestigious medal in recognition of his “exceptional leadership” and transforming vision. 

“Deeply honoured to present HM King Abdullah II with the prestigious @FAO Agricola Medal for his exceptional leadership and vision to transform Jordan’s agrifood system, and successfully positioning Jordan as a Food Security Hub in the region and beyond,” Qu wrote on X.
