Slovakia, 79 injured in train collision near Bratislava, Fico blames ‘human factor’

(Adnkronos) – 79 people were injured, 13 of whom remain hospitalized, in a collision between two trains near Bratislava, Slovakia. Pravda reports this, while Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico spoke of a ”human factor”. While investigations are underway, the Slovak press writes that one of the two train drivers allegedly did not respect the red light. Transport Minister Jozef Raz resigned following the incident, but Fico rejected his resignation.
