(Adnkronos) – At least 24 dead and several injured is the toll of an attack against the military base of Barka Tolorom, in Chad. An official and a local administration official confirmed this to the Afp agency. Yesterday evening’s attack “left 25 dead and 46 injured among the ranks of the Chadian Army,” a military source told the Afp agency, attributing the attack to Boko Haram. The other source, however, spoke of “24 dead and several injured” and assured that the situation is “under control.”
