(Adnkronos) – At least 14 people have died in Taiwan due to the failure of a dam caused by the passage of super typhoon Ragasa. The failure was caused by torrential rains. The waters flooded homes in Hualien, in the east of the island, according to a video obtained by the Afp agency. Another 18 people were injured, according to the toll provided by local authorities, while the search continues for 124 missing.
