(Adnkronos) – The Louvre management denies having contacted an Israeli company to investigate yesterday’s spectacular theft, when four bandits managed to steal eight priceless jewels. Asked by Afp, “the museum management denied” what was claimed by the Israeli company Cgi Group, based in Tel Aviv, which said it had been contacted by the Louvre to investigate, “given its experience and success in solving the one-billion-euro Dresden theft in 2019”, when three jewels were stolen from the German city’s castle.
