Speaking at the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, which hosts 10,000 American soldiers and plays a crucial role in US foreign policy, the president said: “my priority is to end conflicts, not start them, but I will never hesitate to use the force of America, to defend the United States and our partners and this is one of our main partners” in this region.
