(Adnkronos) – Dozens of people are marching in Tel Aviv from Hostage Square, heading towards the US diplomatic headquarters. The Israeli newspaper Haaretz reports. Relatives of hostages held in the Gaza Strip are also in the procession. The demonstrators are demanding an immediate agreement that will end the conflict and bring home the people still held captive in the Palestinian enclave.
“The expected release of Edan (Alexander, American hostage) shows that a determined leader has obligations to his country – says the Forum of Families of Hostages and Missing Persons, which invited Israelis to join the procession – To the Prime Minister we say: ‘It’s time to be a leader'”.
