Tokyo, Oct. 30 (Jiji Press)–Top Vietnamese leader To Lam will address the Diet, Japan’s parliament, in the House of Representatives plenary chamber on Nov. 9. The Lower House steering committee made the decision at an executive meeting on Friday. To Lam, general secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and president of the Southeast Asian country, will pay an official working visit to Japan on Nov. 8-11.
