Tokyo, Sept. 26 (Jiji Press)–Mongolian Prime Minister Nyam-Osor Uchral will make a four-day visit to Japan from Sunday and meet with Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi on Tuesday, the Japanese government has said. The two leaders will exchange views on the situation surrounding the Indo-Pacific region and the Partnership on Wide Energy and Resources Resilience Asia, dubbed POWERR Asia, a regional energy assistance framework proposed by Takaichi, according to the announcement Friday. Uchral will visit Japan for the first time since he became prime minister in March. The two countries’ relations were upgraded to a special strategic partnership for peace and prosperity in 2022.
