(Adnkronos) – Syria has accused Israel of striking a military airport in the northwestern province of Idlib, after a security source told AFP that the facility, which was out of service, had been attacked. “In the early hours of this morning, Israeli occupation aircraft targeted the runway of Abu Duhur military airport… with eight attacks,” Syrian state television reported, citing an unidentified military source. The source added that “the attack caused material damage to the airport’s infrastructure, without causing casualties.”
