Lula, ‘Trump wants to be emperor of the world, Brazil will respond to duties’

(Adnkronos) – US President Donald ”Trump wants to be emperor of the world”. So said Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. ”Trump was elected to govern the United States, not to govern the world,” Lula said. 

Speaking about the duties that the tycoon has threatened to impose, Lula said that ”if Trump taxes Brazilian products, he will have a corresponding response from Brazil.” And this risks ”increasing inflation all over the world”, added the Brazilian president.
