Gaza, 45,059 Palestinians killed since start of war with Israel

(Adnkronos) – The death toll of Palestinians killed in the Gaza Strip since the conflict between Hamas and Israel began 14 months ago has risen to 45,059. This was announced by the Gaza Health Ministry, explaining that 31 people have been killed in the past 24 hours.

In addition, 107,041 people have been injured in the Palestinian enclave since October 7, 2023.
