Japan, S. Korea Finance Chiefs to Hold Dialogue in March

Tokyo, Jan. 14 (Jiji Press)–Japan and South Korea are working to arrange a dialogue session between their finance ministers for March 14 in Tokyo, Japan’s Finance Ministry said Wednesday. Japanese Finance Minister Satsuki Katayama and Koo Yun-cheol, South Korea’s deputy prime minister and minister of economy and finance, agreed to make coordination to hold the dialogue when they met in Washington this week. The dialogue between the two countries’ finance ministers and other relevant officials has been conducted since 2006 while it was temporarily suspended. END [Copyright The Jiji Press, Ltd.]
