Ukraine, drones on Dnipro station, 13 dead in Russian attack

29 Ottobre 2026

(Adnkronos) – A Russian drone attack against a railway station in the city of Dnipro, central Ukraine, has caused the death of 13 people. The complaint came from Governor Oleksandr Hanzha, who in a Telegram post cited by SkyNews reported at least five other people injured. Mayor Borys Filatov later announced that a passenger train had been hit.

The attack is the latest in a series of Russian incursions in the region, where, in recent weeks, drone attacks and aerial bombardments have damaged residential buildings and critical infrastructure. Dnipro has been targeted multiple times during the conflict; just a few days ago, on October 25, Ukrainian authorities reported that Russian attacks in several districts of the region had resulted in the death of four people.
