(Adnkronos) – Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree transferring control of other foreign assets in Russia to the Russian holding company Management Company Center Capital LLC. These include French flooring manufacturer Tarkett, Belgian personal care and baby products company Ontex, which owns diaper manufacturer Helen Harper, and three packaging companies (the German Georg Menshen GmbH & Co. KG, the Dutch Sonoco Packaging Netherlands Investments B.V. and the Swedish Sverige International Holdings AB), the Tass agency reported.
