(Adnkronos) – The student who killed the 61-year-old teacher, Božena Mariaková, in a school in Staskov, northwestern Slovakia, has been arrested. He is 13 years old. This is reported by the Slovak newspaper ‘Sme’. There are also two other injured people: a child who is reportedly in very serious condition and another 44-year-old person who was stabbed in the chest.
After the attack, the children were gradually evacuated from the school building, class by class. Several parents also arrived at the scene. A team of psychologists from the IPčko organization also arrived at the scene of the tragedy, who will provide psychological assistance to students and teachers.
