(Adnkronos) – The British Foreign Office has summoned Moscow’s senior diplomat in London in connection with Russian attacks on Germany, described as ”serious and irresponsible”. Downing Street announced this. Citing in particular the attack in Leipzig, the spokesperson for the British Foreign Office said that this is part of “a series of attempts by the Russian state to undermine our collective security”
“Today we summoned the Russian chargé d’affaires to condemn this attack in the strongest possible terms,” the statement reads, expressing the UK’s ”full solidarity” with Germany.
