(Adnkronos) – Also in the Sverdlovsk region, the Yabloko party has been banned from submitting its list for the regional elections associated with the national vote for the renewal of the Duma next September (18-20). The regional court accepted the complaint filed by the Liberal Democratic Party, which accused Yabloko, the only party in Russia against the war in Ukraine, of copyright violations, campaign finance irregularities, and publishing posts on banned platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, following the model already adopted at the national level and in several other regions. “Every party and every party leader are present on these same social networks,” denounced Konstantin Kiselyov, head of the list in Sverdlovsk.
