(Adnkronos) – Several people are reported missing due to a landslide that occurred in the area near Gyirong port, in the Xizang autonomous region, in southwest China. According to local authorities, the disaster has cut off roads leading to the port, as well as communications and electricity supplies. And the emergency management office of Gyirong county, in Xigaze city, reminded that Gyirong port is an important land crossing connecting China and Nepal.
