Iran, Kurdistan: ‘drone attack against prime minister’s office and residence of local security chief’

(Adnkronos) – “Two explosive drones” launched from Iran targeted the office of Iraqi Kurdistan’s Prime Minister, Masrour Barzani, and the residence of the head of the Kurdistan Region’s security agency in the Pirmam district, Erbil province, in the early hours of today. Rudaw reports this. 

According to what was announced by the General Directorate of Counter-Terrorism, “two Hadid-110 model explosive drones were launched from the Iranian side of the border towards the office of the Kurdistan Region’s prime minister and the residence of the director of the security council of Pirmam district.” No casualties were reported, authorities specified.
