(Adnkronos) – The head of the Libyan National Army’s military intelligence, Brigadier General Fawzi Mansouri, was killed by an explosive device placed in his car outside his home in the Al-Hawari district of Benghazi. This was reported by the Israeli website Ynet News, citing security sources who spoke with Reuters. The explosion occurred yesterday evening, and the alleged mastermind of the assassination has not yet been identified. The Libyan National Army, led by General Khalifa Haftar, controls a large part of eastern and southern Libya.
