(Adnkronos) – Two crew members died following an in-flight collision between two helicopters involved in firefighting operations in Greece. The victims are a Danish pilot and a Greek fire department liaison officer. A British pilot and another Greek coordinator on board the second helicopter survived. A video of the incident, which occurred approximately 65 km west of Athens, shows one of the two Bell helicopters hitting the rotors of the other, which then catches fire and crashes into a ravine. The other aircraft made an emergency landing.
