(Adnkronos) – Russian forces launched glide bombs towards Zaporizhzhia overnight, killing two people and injuring 42 others, including eight children, according to authorities. The glide bombs hit a five-story residential building and a nine-story building in the city. The attack destroyed two floors of the five-story building, as well as windows and balconies of the other, said Ivan Fedorov, governor of the Zaporizhzhia oblast. Federov added that a logistics terminal was hit in the city and that significant damage was recorded to the “private sector,” without providing specific details on what was hit. Some victims were extracted from the rubble by rescuers. No immediate information was provided on the condition of the injured.
