20 Luglio 2026

(Adnkronos) – Ukrainian drones have hit seven ships of the Russian shadow fleet, seven energy facilities in occupied Crimea, and other military targets. This was stated by the commander of Ukraine’s unmanned systems forces, Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, according to whom three oil tankers and four cargo ships were hit in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov as part of operation “MoLoCHKa”. The operation, whose Ukrainian acronym means “Moscow will fall because of Crimea,” began on July 6 and aims to eliminate the shadow fleet and disrupt Russian logistics. Brovdi stated that Ukrainian forces hit 183 ships between July 1 and July 20, of which 119 were in the Sea of Azov and 64 in the Black Sea. As part of a separate campaign called “Crimea Shutdown,” Ukrainian drones targeted seven energy centers and electrical substations in Yalta, Morske, Pryvitne, Luchyste, and other locations in Russian-occupied Crimea, Brovdi said. According to the commander, since the beginning of July, Ukrainian forces have hit 103 energy facilities as part of this campaign.
