(Adnkronos) – Keir Starmer will remain in the House of Commons as an MP even after resigning as prime minister. His spokesperson announced this to journalists, denying speculation that Starmer might also resign from his parliamentary seat.
Starmer wants the next Labour government to ‘succeed’, his spokesperson added.
