(Adnkronos) – The US Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, speaking at the NATO ministerial meeting, announced that the Pentagon will conduct a review of its military presence in Europe within the next six months, as Washington continues to pressure allies to strengthen their defenses. “Today I am announcing a six-month Department of War review that will examine US military presence and bases in Europe – up to six months, but it could be less,” Hegseth said during a meeting of the Alliance’s defense ministers.
