(Adnkronos) – Romania expels the Russian consul general in Constanta, on the Black Sea, and closes the representation after a drone landed on an apartment building in the city of Galati, injuring two people. This was announced by Romanian President Nicusor Dan in a video: “Russia bears full responsibility for this incident… In light of this situation, the consul general of the Russian Federation in Constanta has been declared persona non grata, and the Russian consulate general will be closed.”
