(Adnkronos) – An ‘historic’ visit by Italy’s premier Giorgia Meloni to Azerbaijan’s capital, Bakuk, on gave a strong boost to political dialogue and to a bilateral strategic partnership in a raft of sectors ranging from energy, security and defence to food security and investment, the embassy wrote Tuesday on X.
“Historic visit to Baku by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni provided strong impetus to political dialogue and to strengthening the strategic partnership across many sectors, including energy, defense & security, connectivity, cultural cooperation,agrifood, food security and investment,” read the post.
