(Adnkronos) – Russia could resume direct flights between Moscow and Havana and promote tourism programs in Cuba, as part of “a series of practical cooperation measures” between the two countries discussed yesterday by Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, on a mission to Havana, with the Cuban leadership. Russia recently sent two oil tankers to Cuba to help Havana in the face of the naval blockade imposed by the United States.
