(Adnkronos) – Pakistan today announced a truce in the conflict with Afghanistan – the day after Kabul reported 400 deaths in a raid on a drug rehabilitation hospital – on the occasion of Eid al Fitr, the celebration for the end of Ramadan which begins tomorrow. The Pakistani Ministry of Information specified that the truce, from tomorrow until Monday at midnight, was decided “at the request of friendly Muslim countries, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey”.
