(Adnkronos) – ”There is no evidence, for the moment,” that the fire on the regular bus in Kerzers, Switzerland, which caused the death of at least six people and the injury of five others, was a terrorist attack. This was stated by Martial Pugin, head of communications for the Fribourg cantonal police, explaining that ”investigations are ongoing” and ”witnesses are being heard,” but at the moment the preferred lead is that of a deliberate act.
Fribourg police will hold a press conference at 2 PM to inform about the latest developments in the investigation. ”We cannot confirm anything at this stage,” Pugin added.
Police explained that three people were hospitalized, two of whom are in serious condition.
