(Adnkronos) – At least 570 people have been killed in Israeli attacks in Lebanon since the war between Israel and the United States against Iran extended to the Land of Cedars on March 2. This was stated by the Ministry of Health in Beirut, explaining that among the victims, 439 were men, 45 women, and 86 children.
The death toll includes 14 health workers, the ministry specified.
