(Adnkronos) – It will take “a few more weeks” to end the Iran war – that begun when the United States and Israel launched strikes on the country’s military sites in late February and which has since widened with Iranian reprisals in the Gulf, Iraq, Lebanon and as far away as Cyprus and Azerbaijan – Italy claimed on Tuesday.
“My impression is that it will still take some time before the war ends, Tajani told veteran journalist Bruno Vespa.
“It will take a few more weeks and will hopefully end before March is out,” Tajani continued.
Tajani was speaking to Vespa at the Logistics and Eco Transport Show in Verona in the northern Veneto Region.
