(Adnkronos) – In the early hours of today, air raids and bombings hit Ali Khamenei’s compound in the Iranian capital Tehran, the Supreme Leader of Iran killed last Saturday. This area was targeted again, close to other seats of power, including the presidential palace and the headquarters of the National Security Council. This was reported by Iranian TV, as relaunched by the New York Times after a night of “heavy air attacks”. Dozens of Tehran residents, the newspaper writes, reported via SMS that they heard more than a dozen strong explosions in the central and eastern parts of the city. According to Iranian TV, among other things, a clinic, a gas station, and two buildings were destroyed.
