Denmark, premier calls legislative elections on March 24

(Adnkronos) – Legislative elections will be held in Denmark on March 24. This was announced by Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, emphasizing that “today I recommended to His Majesty the King to call elections for the Folketing (the Danish Parliament, ed.)”.  

“You know what my positions are. If I am your prime minister, it will depend on the strength of the mandate you give to the Social Democrats” on March 24, she added before Parliament.
