(Adnkronos) – A criminal investigation has been opened in Russia against the founder of Telegram, Pavel Durov. The government newspaper Rossiyskaya Gazeta writes this, explaining that Durov is suspected of “aiding terrorist activities”. In recent days, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) had reported that Ukrainian security services were using Telegram to obtain information on Russian military activities.
