(Adnkronos) – The Revolutionary Guard forces are conducting large-scale exercises in southern Iran. This was reported by Tehran’s state TV, as the United States intensifies pressure on the Islamic Republic ahead of the new round of negotiations set for Thursday in Geneva.
The new exercises, which “focus on the southern coasts and islands,” include the use of missiles, artillery, drones, special forces, and armored vehicles, the broadcaster reported, adding that similar military maneuvers are also taking place in other areas of the country.
