19 Febbraio 2026

(Adnkronos) – A drone attack on a refugee camp in Sudan killed at least 15 children earlier this week. Unicef reported this. “On Monday, February 16, at least 15 children were reportedly killed and 10 injured after a drone attack on a refugee camp in Al Sunut, West Kordofan,” Unicef said in a statement.

In the Kordofan region, “we are witnessing the same disturbing phenomena as in Darfur: children killed, injured, displaced, and cut off from the services they need to survive,” said Catherine Russell, Unicef Executive Director.
