Epstein victims demand full file publication, ‘we deserve truth’

9 Febbraio 2026

(Adnkronos) – The victims – or survivors, as they prefer to call themselves – of the late financier convicted of sex crimes Jeffrey Epstein have launched an appeal for the full publication of documents related to him, in an advertisement video released during the Super Bowl, the most visible television event in the United States. In the 40-second video, produced by the group World Without Exploitation, the survivors show photographs of themselves as young people and state: “We all deserve the truth”.

The video denounces that, despite the “Epstein Files Transparency Act” coming into force in November, at least three million files have not yet been made public, and invites the public to support the request for transparency towards Attorney General Pam Bondi. The Department of Justice was tasked with making all documents public by December, but so far only partial files with numerous omissions have been released.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche defended the Department of Justice’s work, emphasizing that there is no “cover-up” of sensitive information and specifying that the latest release, which occurred on January 30, “marks the end of a very comprehensive process of identifying and reviewing documents”.
