(Adnkronos) – Italy and the Czech Republic want to boost bolster bilateral cooperation, extending this to defence and infrastructure, foreign minister Antonio Tajani wrote on Thursday after talks in Brussels with counterpart Petr Macinka
“In #Brussels I met with the new Czech Republic foreign minister @petr_macinka,” Tajani wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
“We will work to achieve even stronger collaboration between Italy and the Czech Republic… opening up new opportunities in strategic sectors such as defence and infrastructure,” the post continued.
Tajani’s talks with Macinka also covered Greenland and critical minerals, “confirming solid cooperation within the EU and NATO,” the post added.
“Working towards an even stronger cooperation between Italy and the Czech Republic in strategic areas,” Tajani wrote in a separate post.
