Syria, Defense Minister, ‘four-day ceasefire with Kurds’

(Adnkronos) – The Syrian Ministry of Defense has announced a four-day ceasefire with the Kurds in the north of the country, following the announcement of an agreement on their stronghold of Hassaké, in the northeast of the country. 

“We announce a ceasefire starting at 8 PM, for a duration of four days,” in accordance with the agreement between the Syrian State and the Syrian Democratic Forces,” the ministry announced.
