(Adnkronos) – Berlin is counting on Italy’s approval of the agreement with Mercosur. “The Mercosur dossier is about to be closed. We are very confident that Italy will now approve this agreement with Mercosur, after which the federal government will continue to do everything possible to obtain the agreement of all EU member states,” German government spokesman Stefan Kornelius said in a briefing in Berlin.
