(Adnkronos) – Chef Claudio Chinali held an Italian Sunday lunch workshop in Istanbul for Dogus University students that also looked at culinary sustainability and ‘dialogue’ with Turkish cooking, the embassy wrote Thursday on X.
“@eatalyTR director, chef Claudio Chinali, met students from Doguş University for a workshop on the Italian tradition of Sunday lunch, sustainability in the kitchen, and the dialogue between Italian cuisine and Turkish cuisine,” read the post.
Chinali organised the workshop as part of Italian Cuisine in the World Week. He is EatItaly Istanbul’s executive chef and hosts a TV cookery show on the Turkmax Gurme channel.
