Paris, officer opens fire on knife-wielding suspect

(Adnkronos) – A police officer opened fire today at Montparnasse station in Paris against a man known for domestic violence, who was brandishing a knife. Bfmtv reported it, citing the prosecutor’s office. The terrorist lead currently seems to be ruled out, the same source reports. The toll is two injured, the knife-wielding man – who also reportedly inflicted wounds on himself – and a second person.
