(Adnkronos) – A German-Polish citizen has been arrested in Germany for planning attacks against, among others, former chancellors Olaf Scholz and Angela Merkel. According to what AFP learned from informed sources, the man, identified as Martin S., would belong to the galaxy of the so-called ‘Reich Citizens’ Movement’, a far-right group that disputes the legitimacy of the German state. The suspect was arrested in Dortmund and, according to sources, would have incited “to commit attacks against politicians, public officials and public figures in Germany” on the darknet.
