This was stated by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov, addressing the State Duma in Moscow. “Any summit requires thorough preparation and careful evaluation of all aspects,” Ryabkov said, stressing that at the moment there is neither sufficient preparation nor adequate conditions for such a high-level meeting.
